9/11

A morning that began with such promise  –crisp, cool air, brilliant blue skies– ended in unspeakable tragedy.  As a nation, we mourned the loss of innocent lives and the loss of our innocence.

A door closed that day and we can never go back.

In honor of those lost, we must remember, learn, and go forward.
